My philosophy is based on the non-diet approach, which aims to help individuals adopt health-promoting behaviors and attitudes without dieting, restriction, or food/body preoccupation. Through a weight inclusive lens, I support my clients in their journey toward making peace with food and improving overall health markers and body image.
